Willa is a spunky, sweet little puppy who was found all alone in a Walmart parking lot. To keep her safe from illness as an unvaccinated stray, we partnered with the shelter and brought her into foster care during her stray hold. She quickly made friends with Matilda, another puppy her age, and the two became instant buddies. When no one came forward to claim her, we officially welcomed Willa into our rescue family.
With her unique coloring and adorable short tail, we think she may have some Brussels Griffon in her mix. She’s full of playful energy and loves to zoom around the yard, tossing her toys with enthusiasm. When she’s all tuckered out, she transforms into the ultimate cuddle bug and will happily curl up in your arms or lap for a cozy nap.
Willa is already microchipped and will receive her second round of vaccines on April 22. Her adopters will need to sign a spay contract and continue her puppy vaccine schedule. She would thrive in a home with another young dog to learn from, and because she’s at such an important stage for socialization, she’ll do best with someone who works from home or is around most of the time to help her grow into a confident, happy companion.
