Nessie is pure sweetness wrapped in the softest, cashmere-like fur. Her favorite place in the world is right next to her person, preferably touching them at all times. If she could become your extra arm or leg, she absolutely would. She loves giving kisses, soaking up affection, and making sure you know just how much she adores you.
We estimate Nessie is 3-4 years old. She loves other dogs, is gentle and submissive, and couldn't care less about cats. She's wonderful with children and remains calm and patient even with babies who can't resist petting her velvety ears.
Nessie came to us after her owner decided they no longer wanted her and attempted to give her away online. Despite that, she remains incredibly loving and trusting, and she's ready to find the family who will cherish her forever.
She is currently working on potty training. She has a tendency to mark, but we are hopeful that behavior will improve now that she has been spayed. She's good in the car, does well on leash, and is crate trained, though what she really wants is a constant companion to share life with.
Nessie is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She is being fostered in Antioch, CA and is ready to meet her forever family.
