This sweet 2-year-old girl is wonderful with other dogs and people of all ages. She even joined us at last weekend’s Pug-O-Ween with @pughotel and had the best time running around and soaking up attention!
Chiquita is incredibly cuddly and loves to be as close as possible, whether that means curling up on your lap, sleeping on your pillow, or burrowing under the blankets right beside you.
She was surrendered along with her son, Chato (who’s since been adopted), after their owner could no longer care for them due to health issues. Since joining our rescue, she’s been enjoying toys, building confidence, and showing her playful side.
Chiquita is potty trained, walks beautifully on leash, and has a healthy appetite. She does have some separation anxiety (understandable after all she’s been through), so a home where someone is around most of the time would be ideal while she settles in and learns she’s safe and loved.
She’s scheduled to be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped on Friday, October 24, and will be at Sacramento’s Pug-O-Ween the next day—come meet her there!
