Meet Baby Girl!

This super sweet and petite pug mix came to us from the Tulare shelter after living a very unstable life. She had spent years without permanent housing and was repeatedly having litters. Last year, the shelter was at least able to get her spayed, and recently they found her tied up outside with one of her puppies and knew she deserved a chance at something better.

At first, Baby Girl was shy and unsure of her new surroundings. Outside of the shelter environment, everything indoors was unfamiliar to her. She quietly observed the people and dogs around her, trying to figure it all out. But once she arrived at her foster home, she quickly realized she was finally safe and immediately settled in. We estimate her to be around 5 years old.

Baby Girl is wonderful with kids and other dogs, potty trained, and incredibly affectionate. She wants nothing more than to follow her person everywhere and be your little shadow. She’s happiest curled up close and will absolutely require a spot on your bed so she can be your big spoon.

She’s still learning the joys of dog food and toys, but we know those little pleasures will come with time and love.

Baby Girl is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Our vet also noted she has a mild luxated patella in her right leg, but it does not slow her down or affect her quality of life at all.

If you’re looking for the sweetest, gentlest companion, please consider giving Baby Girl the forever home she’s always deserved.
