Odin is ready for adoption!
We first introduced this sweet boy a few weeks ago after Sacramento County Bradshaw Animal Shelter reached out for help.
Odin arrived as a stray in rough condition, needing significant medical care. He had a painful corneal ulcer in one eye, and the other eye required removal. On top of that, he needed a long-overdue dental, likely with extractions. The shelter knew he would need a rescue familiar with the breed and committed to seeing his care through, and we were honored to step in.
Today, Odin is all healed up and feeling so much better. Just look at that smile! We estimate him to be about 8 years old. He is incredibly sweet, playful, and full of life. His favorite place in the world is right in your lap, even if he just met you. He loves romping around the yard, spending time with his foster siblings, and letting out his signature pug yells when he gets excited.
Odin is a devoted little companion who would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time or can take him along on life’s adventures. He truly just wants to be close to his person and soak up all the love he can get.
He is still working on potty training but does well using a doggy door. He can be a bit picky with food and would benefit from gaining a little weight, but he is otherwise easygoing and incredibly lovable. He has a way of winning hearts instantly.
