I'm ready for my new family!

Hi! My Name Is Celeste Mouse

I'm Available

Please read before applying:

Mouse has been diagnosed with bilateral luxating patellas; one is mild and one is severe enough to eventually require surgery when she's older and more fully grown (a year or so). Our veterinarian also believes she may have a mild form of hydrocephalus due to her stunted growth. She does not need treatment at this time and may never develop significant symptoms, but she will need lifelong monitoring for neurological changes. We will only be considering adopters without small children or large dogs due to her size and fragility. She will also need to be fed 3-4 times a day for the next few months and would do best with another young small dog to play and socialize with.

Mouse came to us with two of her siblings; she was severely underweight at 1/3rd the size of them. She didn't put on any weight for weeks, and when she did it was incremental. She's a total spitfire, and we think it's to make up for her tiny body. She has a big personality, loves untying your shoes, running around screaming after other dogs, curling up in your arms, snuggling with other dogs, and making everyone around her laugh.

Adopters are required to sign a spay contract.
