Horchata is ready for adoption!
We think she’s around 4 years old, and she’s one of those dogs who instantly steals your heart. When she first came to us, she was broken and scared; left behind after being used for breeding when her owners moved away. The shelter reached out to make sure she could have the comfort and care she deserved, and after lots of TLC, this beautiful girl has truly blossomed.
Horchata is wonderful with children, gentle and playful with a kitten, and relaxed around large dogs. She’s potty trained, enjoys her walks (especially when she can “roo” at butterflies), and is perfectly content entertaining herself with a nap or some toys. She loves watching dog TV and being near her people.
