I assume responsibility for any events that occur in connection with my fostering of an animal for
Bay Area Pug Project. I understand the possibility of my children or others being bitten, scratched,
or contracting disease does exist. I agree to be responsible for my children and anyone else
handling any animal(s) fostered by me in a safe and hygienic manner and will not hold
Bay Area Pug Project responsible for any injuries that may result from my failure to do so. I AGREE
TO NOTIFY A Bay Area Pug Project REPRESENTATIVE IMMEDIATELY OF ANY BITES OR
BAD SCRATCHES that occur to any person or animal while any foster animal is in my care.
In consideration of receiving any Bay Area Pug Project foster animal, I, as a foster caregiver,
herby release Bay Area Pug Project, its officers, agents and employees from all claims of injury or damage that a fostered dog may cause me or my property. I agree to hold harmless,
defend and indemnify organization name, it’s officers, agents and employees from any and all
claims of liability to other people for injuries.

All dogs placed through the Bay Area Pug Project will have health checks, personality and temperament evaluations, and will be spayed or neutered prior to placement unless a medical condition exists, diagnosed by a veterinarian, that would prevent this surgery. I understand that this is a preliminary application and that there may be no dog available in rescue at this time. I understand that if a dog should become available, that I may required to provide further information including, but not limited to, personal and veterinary references. I further understand that all information on my Preliminary Rescue Foster Application will be kept confidential; that my application will be kept on file until I notify the Bay Area Pug Project that I am no longer interested in a rescue; and that I will not be contacted unless an appropriate dog becomes available.
